Granola? Muesli?

Have you guys ever be in doubt between granola and muesli?

YES, O is confused! Hahahaha....

So, she did a quick search on it and table below will briefly summarize the differences between granola and muesli.

Yay!!! Overnight oats is one of OJ's favourite breakfast. It worked so yummy with yogurt or milk. It is just so convenient to prepare and very time saving! They love the taste of roasted nuts and seeds.. But, but, but ... they don't like the addtivies, e.g. oils, butter, sugar ... (these are so fattening).

Thanks to Sophia (thermomixbakingblogger), OJ decided to experiment with her recipe.

 

Rolled Oats 250g

Almonds 50g (chopped)

Sunflower seeds 50g

Pumpkin seeds 50g

Flaxseeds 50g

Raisins 50g

Cranberries 50g

Zest of 1 lemon

Preheat oven at 180°C

Mix well all the ingredients.

Place a parchment paper on a baking tray.

Spread out evenly and do not pile too high.

Roast in the oven for 20 minutes, stirring the granola every 5 minutes,

Remove from oven and let cool.

Here you go........ The finished product.

As easy as ABC *wink wink*
